I am currently based in the North Carolina area and I have always had a passion for impacting others through the lifestyle of health and fitness. I am a certified personal trainer through the American Council for Exercise. My specialty for fitness journey development is more focused on high intensity full body movements mixed with strength building exercises almost anyone can perform. Using good form, maximum effort, and minimal rest breaks really boosts the fat burning heart rate while building that strength and toning for your body.
