I’m Brittany Noelle and our time together is going to be all about YOU reaching YOUR fitness goals. Just so you don’t feel like you’re being trained by a stranger, let me tell you a little bit about myself. I went to UCLA and studied Physiological Science. I also was a track & field athlete there competing in the 100 and 200 meters. During my time in college, I got really into Weight Lifting. I loved that I was able to gain strength in the weight room faster than I was able to increase my speed on the track. I also became very passionate about injury prevention and rehab since I suffered many injuries during my track career. I wanted to learn more about the human body so that I could help others and myself move pain-free and prevent injures. In addition to my experience as a Track athlete, I was also a bikini fitness competitor winning titles in WBFF and Fitness America. I have now been training people for almost 10 years and have certifications in Kettlebell, TRX, Pre/Post Natal, and Precision Nutrition. My goal is to help people become Stronger and more Confident through weight training.
