I am a Certified Personal Trainer in central NC with a specialization in Fitness Nutrition. I am working on completing Youth Exercise Specialization by end of 2020. In the 3 years I have been training I have worked in a variety of settings from outside to home gyms to big box gyms and am creative in using whatever equipment is available during sessions. I tailor workouts to meet my client’s individual needs with focuses on Mobility, Stability, and Balance. As a mom of 6 I understand the desire and challenges of getting your body back after pregnancy and have worked with women in the past to achieve these goals. Assisting others to reach their goals is a passion of mine, whether your focus is to lose weight or just tone up.
