Hi all, I consider myself a ‘movement enthusiast’. I love all forms of movement and incorporate as many as I can into my day to day life. I believe that a good movement practice should be challenging but playful and fuel the urge to explore what your body is capable of. I hope to encourage people to explore and experiment with their fitness. Listen to what your body is telling you. It craves movement of all sorts. Don’t be afraid to fail. Don’t be afraid to play. Fitness can and should be fun and rewarding!
