The reality is that you don’t need to carve hours out of your schedule in order to develop and refine your yoga practice. 30 minutes of moving meditation a day is enough to reap the benefits of yoga and it’s so easy to fit into your day that you can do it before you’ve even had your first cup of coffee Yoga is a safe space for you to explore yourself.
