Super Functional Cardio Session with Jenny Fisher
Hi guys, welcome to my program! It includes 3 workouts: 1. 30 Minute Functional HIIT: High and Low intensity blended into a functional workout! All levels are welcome, and dumbbells are completely optional! All that is required is a little space and a bottle of water because you will sweat! 2. 30 Minute High/Low Workout: A set of moderate dumbbells are encouraged (Not required) for the Low impact segments. We will drop those weights and work on explosiveness in the High impact segments! All levels will thrive, all levels will be challenged! 3. 30 Minute Functional HIIT with a Core Focus: We will combine High-Intensity Intervals with Functional Core movements to help develop a strong stomach and lower back! All fitness levels welcome. No equipment needed.
