Welcome to my program! It is divided into 3 sections, arms/abs, spine, and hips and its aim in creating strength, flexibility, and endurance in all different ranges of motion. This course is aimed at beginner and intermediate levels, as I will give variations in order to deepen into the exercises. We will just need a mat, an open mind and a desire to learn.
