Push and Pull with Henri Manachi
Hey guys! My name is Henri Manachi and my specialty is muscle gain, and fat loss, to help you sculpt the body of your dreams. I am a competitive bodybuilder and fitness and nutrition coach. There are 3 main pieces of training in my program here: Training 1: Push I’m going to show you a push workout with basic gym equipment, and I’m going to teach you how to use everything properly to make sure you’re safe and getting the best results possible. Training 2: Pull I’m going to take you through a pull workout that’s going to help burn fat and build lean muscle tissue. Training 3: Legs and Abs We’re going to be going through a nice leg workout that you can do in any basic gym. At the end, I’ll take you through a little ab workout that will help you tighten your core and shape up those abs!
