Lean body burn will feature 3 components: -core -endurance or cardio -strength They are *the* 3 important components of a healthy body. My class is for all levels from total beginner to former athletes looking for the next challenge. I’ll always show you ways to scale down or up the moves so you will always find the right level for you. You can do my classes with no equipment at all However, if you have dumbbells, grab them, because I will want to add extra load so that we can build bone as we build lean bodies.
