The main focus of this program is to build lean muscle and work towards fat loss goals. These workouts can be modified for ANY level of fitness. Beginners, intermediate and advanced! It is a moderate to high-intensity workout if you push yourself but can always be modified to be low intensity. The Build and Burn workouts aim to target the full body. We will hit every muscle group from head to toe to get you closer to your goals. Very minimal equipment is needed for this workout plan. One set of moderate dumbbells is perfect to start! As you get stronger, you may need to add in a heavier set!
