My complete focus is on the individual and what they are looking to do to activate their bodies. I really enjoy circuit style training using your body weight as the resistance, with periods of rest between a few exercises back to back. This boosts the entire body's metabolism helping you burn more calories throughout the entire day and is a full-body workout which is really great for anyone wanting to improve their overall mobility, flexibility, and health. We will work together to achieve the results you are looking for, whatever they may be!
