Bodyweight Burning Program
Hi, I’m Julie and I’ve designed 4 workouts that you can do anywhere, all you need is your own body weight, and optional a couple of dumbbells and a mat. With each video, we’ll start with a quick warm-up and finish with a cool-down and stretch. Video # 1 will focus on legs and lower body, Video # 2 abs, back, and core, mainly targeting your posterior chain, Video # 3 is rapid fire arms and Video # 4 is targeting your stabilizers with little arms sprinkled in. I include progressions and each workout will last between 15-20 minutes. Let’s get started!
