How we move is key! It’s key to how we look. Key to how we feel. Key to how we perform! Making sure that you have the basics of movement down will ensure that you get the results you want out of your training, and remain injury free in the process! This workout program is designed to take you back to the basics and give you that foundation (or maybe just act as a refresher course for those of you that have been at it for a bit)! Because all movement starts with our core, we’ll place a special emphasis on core workout throughout this program, all the while learning how to move the upper and lower halves of the body correctly too. Think of the core as your body’s bridge...it connects the upper and the lower halves...allow the body to work as a unit...and makes you so much stronger! All of these workouts can be done from your home and with little to no equipment! Let's get started!!
