I liked this one, too.
And the V-lines workout is just the right thing for my weak abdominal muscles. Short but very effective.

Itd be nice if the intructor showed the exercises from the side too and if she was specific with the amount of sets a beginner should make, 5 for everything seems a bit much, especially the sumo squats
