Hi all, my name is Jessica Schatz, and I'm your certified Pilates and yoga teacher. This program includes three different classes: 1. PILATES MINI-MAT This is a portion of the classical Pilates mat work with some variations. Defined as a way to thoroughly unify and elevate the body, mind, and spirit, Pilates is the Alpha and Omega of core workouts. Just about every benefit Pilates has to offer can be achieved through mat work: toning, flexibility, balance, coordination, proper posture, efficient movement, and, of course, the body-mind-spirit connection. It's an exceptional workout that provides the foundation for a lifetime of healthy habits. If something doesn't feel right, leave it out. Never sacrifice the intuition of the body for the glory of the ego. 30 minutes All levels 2. BURN AND BREATHE YOGA Find a deeper Mind-Body connection with this simple yet challenging Vinyasa Flow. This yoga class is designed to build heat in the body by mindfully connecting breath to movement, while maintaining a sense of inner calm. When you have the tools to create calm and presence on the mat, during something physically demanding, you can use those tools to create calm and presence off the mat, during life's inevitable challenges. Includes sun-salutations, standing poses with long holds, core-work, and stretch. If something doesn't feel right, leave it out. Never sacrifice the intuition of the body for the glory of the ego. 30 min. Intermediate-Advanced 3. THE CORE EXPERT™ METHOD This is a full-body workout that keeps moving. With every movement originating from the core, this challenging sequence will help you improve strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and breath control. And most importantly, it will help you develop greater core strength and core stability. The bodyweight-only exercise is an incredibly efficient way to workout as you can get a lot done in a short time using "FB. I" - Full body Integration. If something doesn't feel right, leave it out.     Sometimes a little confused about the inhale/exhale time, inspite if this it was a nice workout
