1-to-1 Training Cancellation Policy

This 1-to-1 Training Cancellation Policy sets froth the terms for cancelling and rescheduling training sessions and it is governed by the terms of the Motify End-User Terms of Use (the “Terms”). All capitalised terms not defined here have the meanings set forth in the Terms.

When You schedule a 1-to-1 Training (a “Scheduled Training”) with a Trainer, We give You the option to reschedule the Scheduled Training through Your User Account any time before the day of the Scheduled Training free of charge. We allow You to reschedule one (1) Scheduled Training per calendar month through Your User Account on the day of the Scheduled Training (either before or after the time of Your Scheduled Training) if You cannot make it to the Scheduled Training. However, after You reschedule on the day of Your Scheduled Training once in a given calendar month, You will not be able to reschedule any additional Scheduled Trainings on the day of Your Scheduled Training during that calendar month. The 1-to-1 Training Fees You paid for such Scheduled Training will not be refunded for any Scheduled Trainings You do not attend.
